Cafe Macchina in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help run our sleek, coffee-forward cafe with a car-inspired vibe. You’ll lead shifts, manage daily operations, and deliver a standout guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold standards.
• Strong communication and scheduling/organizational ability.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Professional attitude, reliable presence, and a “hands-on” approach.
• A love for coffee culture and customer experience.
• Previsous roaster exp erience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations (service flow, staffing coverage, shift execution)
• Lead, train, and support team members to deliver high standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle issues professionally
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organize ordering, and control daily costs
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and setup standards (including brand-consistent presentation)
• Help with scheduling and ensure labor coverage meets business needs
• Collaborate with owners/leadership to improve processes and guest experience
