Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is recruiting a Property Officer (Residential - Client side) to look after a prestigious estate on Hong Kong Island. The role involves daily operations of a high-quality residential estate and supervising service providers to maintain excellent property management for owners.

You will handle tenancy matters, ensure compliance with Deed of Mutual Covenant and collaborate with internal teams on property management issues.

Qualifications

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Housing or related disciplines.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Word Processing, Excel & PowerPoint.

Property Officer (Residential - Client side)

We are looking for a property officer for a Hong Kong property developer to look for their prestigious residential estate in Hong Kong Island.

Responsibilities:

• To carry out daily operations of highest quality residential estate and supervise the service provider to deliver a high-standard property management service to the owners
• Responsible for managing tenancy issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and clauses in the Deed of Mutual Covenant.
• Coordinate with internal departments in all property management-related matters
• Deal with all enquiries, complaints and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Housing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Possess experience in residential properties
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge in Word Processing, Excel & PowerPoint
• Applicants with lesser experience may be considered for the Assistant Estate Officer role
