Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is recruiting a Property Officer (Residential - Client side) to look after a prestigious estate on Hong Kong Island. The role involves daily operations of a high-quality residential estate and supervising service providers to maintain excellent property management for owners.

You will handle tenancy matters, ensure compliance with Deed of Mutual Covenant and collaborate with internal teams on property management issues.

Qualifications

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Housing or related disciplines.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Word Processing, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations of a high-quality residential estate and supervise service providers to deliver a high-standard property management service to owners.
• Manage tenancy issues and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and clauses in the Deed of Mutual Covenant.
• Coordinate with internal departments on property management-related matters.
• Deal with enquiries, complaints and requests and take follow-up actions.
