Job summary

Swire Properties Limited in Hong Kong is looking for a talented Residential Property Officer to join our dynamic team. You will provide professional concierge and property management services for our luxury residential properties, reporting to the Residential Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or above in Housing/Property Management, at least 3 years of related experience, excellent English and Chinese (Putonghua) communication, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Housing Management/Property Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Basic computer skills with MS Word and Excel.
• Holder of QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional concierge and property management services.
• Liaise with relevant parties and internal departments.
• Maintain excellent rapport and relationships with residents.
• Monitor contractors' performance and service quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities.
• Handle residents' enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare maintenance reports and draft notices, correspondence, and reply letters to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Residential Property Manager.

We are now looking for a talented Residential Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Residential Property Manager, the incumbent will provide professional concierge and property management services of our luxury residential property.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional concierge and property management services.
• Liaise with relevant parties and internal departments.
• Maintain excellent rapport and positive relationships with residents.
• Monitor contractors' performance and service quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of the common areas and facilities of residential buildings.
• Handle residents' enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare maintenance reports and draft notices, correspondence, and reply letters to residents as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in Housing Management / Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management or related industries
• Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure
• With technical knowledge is an advantage
• Passionate, self‑motivated, highly proactive, customer‑orientated and cooperative
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel
• Willing to work on roster basis
• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
