Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences in customer service & hospitality industry
• Experience serving premium members or managing premium lounges is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Develops and delivers communications for diverse audiences
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively to meet shared objectives
• Resilient in face of setbacks and adversity
• Presentable, proactive and pleasant personality
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

We are currently looking for a Customer Services Officer to join our Property Management Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our team is specialized in providing quality customer services to our premium members and shoppers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
• Participate in various exhibitions, events and other promotional activities
• Support the loyalty programme operation, handle the membership related matters and manage the VIP concierge areas

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experiences in customer service & hospitality industry
• Candidates with experiences in serving premium members, working at and managing premium lounge will be highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations
• Presentable, proactive and pleasant personality
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• 5-day work; Willing to work on roster basis
