Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited in Hong Kong invites applications for a Senior Officer/Officer/Assistant Officer, Property Services – Luxury Residential. You will manage daily operations of a luxury residential property in Central Mid-Levels and supervise building staff and contractors.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Property/Facilities Management, at least 5 years' relevant experience, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury residential buildings.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Officer / Assistant Officer, Property Services.
• Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• To provide quality services to residents and guests.
• To supervise the daily operation of the property including office administration, procurement, customer services, and complaint handling.
• To supervise contractors to ensure services are properly provided.
• To direct and supervise building staff.
• To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities:

To provide quality services to our residents and guests

To be responsible for daily operation of the property, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling, etc.

To supervise the overall performance of contractors to ensure their servicesproperly provided

To direct and supervise building staff

To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines

At least 5 years' relevant experience inluxury residential buildings

Candidate who has less experience will be considered for Officer / Assistant Officer, Property Services
