Job summary

Easenory Technology Ltd. is seeking a Research Scientist to advance R&D on flexible electronic materials, devices, and prototypes in Hong Kong. You will lead experiments from material prep to device integration and performance evaluation.

Applicants should have a relevant degree and hands-on experience in flexible electronics, with strong analytical and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred for cross-team communication.

Qualifications

Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline.
Experience: 5 years with Bachelor's; 3 years with Master's; 1 year with PhD.
Research in flexible electronics or related fields preferred.
Strong hands-on experimental skills in preparation, fabrication, testing, or prototype development.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct R&D on flexible and functional materials and devices.
Design and conduct experiments involving material preparation, device fabrication, testing, and performance evaluation.
Analyze results, identify issues, and optimize material and device performance.
Participate in prototype fabrication, device integration, and iterative testing.
Review literature, patents, and technology developments; collaborate with internal and external R&D partners.
