Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Electronics/R&D engineer to support new product design in lighting. You will prepare schematics and PCB layouts, prototypes and testing specs, and coordinate with mechanical engineering during development and production.

The role requires a degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering and at least eight years in R&D for lighting or factory settings, plus fluent English and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Degree holders in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of solid R&D experience in electronic engineering roles, especially in lighting or factory settings.
• Fluent English and Putonghua communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the new product design and development process.
• Be innovative to support and form product definition and development.
• R&D in Engineering role.
• Prepare Schematics and PCB layouts, engineering prototypes and/or testing specifications as per projects required.
• Coordinate with the mechanical engineering team throughout the product development and production process.
• Participate in the pilot run and engineering production to ensure the product is successful and kept at sustainable production level.
• Monitor and ensure the product quality meets industry standards, safety and/or other specific requirements.
