Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator for fittings out and A&A/residential projects in Hong Kong. You will assist in renovation from planning to completion, manage projects, inspect sites, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and furniture factory to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Architecture/Civil/Building Surveying, has 1–3 years’ relevant experience, strong concept design, drawing and

Qualifications

Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Building Surveying or related disciplines.
1–3 years’ experience in project coordination for fitting out or A&A/residential projects.
Good concept design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills.
Independent and motivated.

Responsibilities

Assist in renovation of revamp, and reinstatement from planning to completion
Project management in fitting out
Site inspection & measurement
Supervise & monitor of site progress with contractors, suppliers and furniture factory to ensure projects to be delivered as schedule with company standard
To control and coordinate of project(s) from design to completion
To ensure the project(s) complete on time, within budget, comply to/meet the quality standards and contract’s requirement
To communicate with suppliers, contractors, end users, etc.
