Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support renovation, revamp and reinstatement projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with standards. You will conduct site inspections, measurements, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and furniture factory to deliver on schedule, within budget and to quality requirements.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is expected, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or related projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Architecture / Civil / Building Surveying or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years' relevant experience in project coordination for fitting out, A&A or residential projects.
• Good concept design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in renovation, revamp and reinstatement from planning to completion.
• Site inspection and measurement.
• Supervise & monitor site progress with contractors, suppliers and furniture factory to ensure delivery as scheduled with company standards.
• Control and coordinate projects from design to completion.
• Ensure projects complete on time, within budget, and meet quality standards and contract requirements.
