Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to support renovations, revamps, and reinstatement from planning through completion. You will conduct site inspections and measurements, coordinating with contractors, suppliers and furniture factories to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in infitting out, A&A or residential projects, and demonstrates strong concept design, working drawings, and

Qualifications

Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Building Surveying or related discipline.
2-3 years’ relevant experience in project coordinator infitting out or A&A or residential project.
Proficient in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Assist in renovation of revamp, and reinstatement from planning to completion
Site inspection & measurement
Supervise & monitor of site progress with contractors, suppliers and furniture factory to ensure projects to be delivered as schedule with company standard
To control and coordinate of project(s) from design to completion
To ensure the project(s) complete on time, within budget, comply to/meet the quality standards and contract’s requirement
To communicate with suppliers, contractors, end users, etc.
