Job summary

Binance is expanding its TradFi business and seeks a operations-focused professional to handle settlement, reconciliation, and product issues. You will collaborate across PMs, engineering, and customer service to respond quickly to users and enable growth.

The role requires 1–2 years in TradFi, strong cross-functional communication, and English/Mandarin proficiency. A business/finance/economics/data degree is preferred. Remote-first role with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years TradFi experience in brokerage, equities, derivatives, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement and reconciliation for TradFi products.
• Investigate end-to-end product issues with PMs and engineers to find root causes.
• Manage listing and delisting of new tickers and stocks/funds.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on TradFi user issues, escalations and feedback.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Clearing and regional teams on operational matters.
• Analyze market and product data; prepare regional performance reports on request.
• Share recurring issues with VIP and Marketing teams.
