Job summary

Binance is expanding its TradFi business and seeks a operations-focused professional to handle settlement, reconciliation, and product issues. You will collaborate across PMs, engineering, and customer service to respond quickly to users and enable growth.

The role requires 1–2 years in TradFi, strong cross-functional communication, and English/Mandarin proficiency. A business/finance/economics/data degree is preferred. Remote-first role with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years TradFi experience in brokerage, equities, derivatives, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement and reconciliation for TradFi products.
• Investigate end-to-end product issues with PMs and engineers to find root causes.
• Manage listing and delisting of new tickers and stocks/funds.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on TradFi user issues, escalations and feedback.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Clearing and regional teams on operational matters.
• Analyze market and product data; prepare regional performance reports on request.
• Share recurring issues with VIP and Marketing teams.

About The Role

We're expanding our TradFi business into new markets and products, and the operations behind it need to keep up. In this role, you'll take on daily settlement, reconciliation and product issues, so the team can respond to users faster and focus on growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement and reconciliation for TradFi products
• Investigate product issues end to end, working with PMs and engineers to find root causes and fixes
• Manage listing and delisting of new tickers and stocks/funds
• Work with Customer Service on TradFi user issues, escalations and feedback
• Coordinate with Treasury, Clearing and regional teams on operational matters
• Analyse market and product data, including regional performance, and prepare reports on request
• Share recurring issues with VIP and Marketing teams

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of TradFi experience (brokerage, equities, derivatives, or similar)
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal, as the role involves lots of cross-functional collaboration
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or data is highly preferred

• Crypto experience is not a must, but your interest/motivation plays a big part
