Job summary
Binance is seeking an experienced product operations leader to shape Earn products by onboarding TradFi/RWA assets and translating traditional wealth structures into crypto-native solutions.
You will collaborate with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to assess feasibility, drive launches, and optimize performance while balancing innovation and regulatory considerations in a fast-moving crypto environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product ops, strategies, or wealth management.
- Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products.
- Experience translating TradFi concepts to crypto-native Earn products.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Onboard high-quality TradFi / RWA assets into Binance Earn.
- Research wealth management product structures and redesign for Earn.
- Collaborate with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
- Translate financial products into scalable Earn concepts with focus on user value and ops.
- Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Support end-to-end product operations: launch, optimization, tracking, lifecycle.
- Contribute to product design with financial knowledge and user insights.
- Shape frameworks balancing innovation, compliance, risk, and growth.
