Job summary

Aspire USA is seeking an SEO Specialist to support the organization’s organic growth priorities across traditional search and AI-driven discovery. You’ll report to the SEO Manager and be a hands-on contributor responsible for taking SEO work from research and analysis through execution, quality checks, measurement, and reporting.

You’ll collaborate with content, web, product marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality SEO work efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong fundamentals across on-page, technical, off-page, content optimization, keyword research, internal linking, and search intent.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO priorities across on-page, technical, content, and off-page SEO with focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct keyword, SERP, competitor, and performance research to identify opportunities and provide actionable findings.
• Optimize website content and entry points for search intent, relevance, discoverability, and user experience.
• Monitor organic performance, investigate changes, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Perform SEO audits and QA to resolve crawlability, indexation, site structure, metadata, and structured data issues.
• Support new organic growth initiatives and cross-functional projects with strong execution.
• Build reporting and visualizations that communicate performance, trends, and insights.
• Use AI and automation to improve speed, quality, and scalability while validating outputs.
• Stay updated with SEO and AI-driven discovery trends and flag relevant changes.
