Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an AI Platform Architect to join their Product and Technology team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on marketing GEO, SEO AI search optimization, and turning ambitious ideas into scalable technology products.

You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to design generative AI solutions for SEO and marketing, build data pipelines, and integrate with enterprise APIs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Data Science discipline.
• Hands-on experience in Software Engineering or Data Science, preferably within SEO, AEO, or digital marketing products.
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing Generative AI solutions for SEO, AEO, or marketing-related products, applications.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development patterns.
• Familiarity with RAG architecture, document retrieval, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Exposure to agentic AI solutions, orchestration frameworks, or multi-step AI workflows.
• Understanding of API integration and enterprise application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a project delivery environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver products for Generative Engine Optimization to surface content in AI results.
• Build scalable systems transforming user search behavior and content signals.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, search capabilities, embeddings.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, and Commercial teams to translate requirements.
• Design and integrate apps with internal systems, external platforms, APIs and data sources.
• Lead technical evaluations, PoCs, and new product initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, development, and delivery of new products (Generative Engine Optimization) optimizing content to be surfaced in AI-generated results that help brands improve their visibility across emerging AI search and content discovery platforms.
• Build scalable systems that transform user search behaviour and content signals into structured, discoverable information.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, search capabilities, indexing frameworks, and content delivery solutions.
• Work closely with Product, Content, and Commercial teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Design and integrate applications with internal systems, external platforms, APIs, and data sources.
• Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and new product initiatives to support business growth.
