• Coordinate meetings, schedules, action lists and project documentation
• Gather information and document business and operational requirements
• Follow up on deliverables with engineering teams, vendors and clients
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, acceptance records and handover packs
• Maintain project trackers and flag overdue actions or issues
• Support testing, user acceptance, rollout and post-launch review
• Provide a responsive and professional client experience
