Job summary

Hong Kong Concrete Co Ltd is seeking a technology professional to design and implement algorithms and models that address business challenges. You will explore state-of-the-art technologies to meet diverse needs and lead planning and innovation for technology applications across production, operation and delivery.

The role emphasizes risk management during IT projects and staying abreast of evolving tech trends to influence IT plans and future plant design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/AI or related field with 3+ years of digital solution delivery experience.
• Experience with cross-border developers or service suppliers, preferably Mainland China.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT standards and concrete batching systems preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication and strong project management.
• Professional certifications (PMP, Agile Scrum Master, UX, Design Thinking) preferred.
• Willingness to travel to China occasionally.

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or relevant disciplines with at least 3 years in digital solution delivery, planning, design, development and system implementation management in organizations

Experience working with cross-border developer or service supplier, particularly based in Mainland China

In-depth knowledge of IT standards and development experience on concrete batching systems and infrastructure is preferred

Occasional travel to China may be required

Mature, self-motivated with excellent communication and project management skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Possession of professional certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Scrum Master, User Experience, Design Thinking, or equivalent is preferred

Demonstrated hands‑on experience with AI technologies, such as Computer Vision, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, agentic AI, and other practical AI tools is preferred
