Project Executive - AI & Digital Delivery

Wistkey Technologies is a Hong Kong technology company building and delivering private, on-premises AI and digital solutions. We help organisations deploy useful technology while keeping sensitive data and critical infrastructure under their control.

The role

We are hiring a Project Executive to keep AI, software and infrastructure projects organised and moving. You will coordinate meetings, actions, documents and follow-up across clients, engineers, vendors and internal stakeholders while learning the full project-delivery lifecycle.

Fresh graduates and candidates moving into the technology industry are welcome. Appointment and salary will reflect demonstrated capability.

What you will do

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, action lists and project documentation
• Gather information and help document business and operational requirements
• Follow up on deliverables with engineering teams, vendors and clients
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, acceptance records and handover packs
• Maintain project trackers and flag overdue actions or emerging issues
• Support testing, user acceptance, rollout and post-launch review
• Help provide a responsive and professional client experience

What we are looking for

• Fresh graduates and candidates new to the technology industry are welcome
• Practical experience using one or more AI tools such as Claude, Codex, Grok, Gemini, Kimi, GLM, Qwen, DeepSeek or comparable models
• Ability to explain how you used AI for research, writing, analysis, coding, automation, planning or another real task, and how you checked the output
• Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Confidence communicating with clients and technical colleagues
• Comfortable learning new technology and working in a small, fast-moving team
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or equivalent productivity tools

Nice to have

• Exposure to software, AI, IT infrastructure or digital projects
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion or similar project tools
• Experience preparing requirements, UAT records or client-facing documents

Location and package

Full-time Hong Kong role, mainly working from home with occasional visits to client offices across Hong Kong. Candidates must be Hong Kong-based and able to travel locally when required. Two vacancies. HK$23,333-HK$35,000 per month, depending on demonstrated capability and experience. Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
