Job summary

Binance is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented admin specialist to support the legal team with diverse operational and administrative tasks, including payment requests, vendor coordination, and documentation across departments.

You will set up vendors, maintain records of budgets and financial transactions, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and help streamline workflows with process automation. Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in roles involving financial administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage large volumes of documents.

Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors in internal systems and ensure timely settlement of external bills.
• Maintain accurate records of budgets and financial transactions.
• Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries regarding administrative processes.
• Support initiatives to improve workflows and automation.
• Schedule and coordinate team meetings and events.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners.
