Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Demonstrated interest in compliance, legal, operations, or project coordination is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven; comfortable learning Excel, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across time zones.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to provide support during weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation and deadline tracking.
• Assist in preparing project materials such as decks, status updates, and meeting minutes.
• Support deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics and meetings.
• Assist with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
• Conduct AML/CFT and other compliance-related research as needed.
• Draft basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
• Maintain Relativity and ensure data accuracy and organized data.
• Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and communication.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support compliance and legal teams.
