Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of Receptionist staff remotely, ensuring consistent delivery of cross-site support services for internal teams and customers.
• Perform invoice verification and support basic order-related administrative tasks.
• Direct and/or route inquiries to appropriate cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain positive working relationships with local vendors to support company needs.
• Engage field teams and other personnel to drive issue resolution.
• Ensure Customer Care Areas and conference rooms are clean, well-stocked, and fully functional.
• Support accurate and timely creation and closure of Condition Reports and review weekly status reports.
• Identify trends in operations and partner with leadership to streamline processes.
