Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote contractor role. You will audit CRM and connected platforms, harmonize data, fix inconsistencies, and document operational prompts for SaaS scenarios.

You'll contribute to governance and system design, assess impacts on billing and CPQ, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a SaaS environment. English communication skills are essential for clear collaboration in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
