Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will bring hands-on CRM configuration and strong data-driven discipline to improve workflows, reporting, and revenue operations across our SaaS environment.

You will configure CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), manage revenue tools for quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management, and build streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
