Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a remote, worldwide project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data, applying accounting judgment to improve accuracy.

Applicants should have AI training or human-data experience, and be proficient with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365. This is a contractor role with flexible scheduling and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Hands-on with financial systems and multiple ERP platforms.
• Experience with AI training, data evaluation, and rubric-based grading is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess financial workflows across netsuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365.
