• Provide professional, warm, and concierge-level client communication within Assetara workspace.

• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without collecting unnecessary personal data.
• Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters beyond authorized boundaries and escalate appropriately.
