Job summary

Apex Group in Hong Kong seeks a motivated Client Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships, oversee onboarding, and support strategic CRM objectives. You will work with Operations, Sales and Compliance to address client requests and drive loyalty.

Responsibilities include reporting, client communications, and identifying cross-selling opportunities while managing SLAs and CRM data integrity.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in client relationship management or similar role, preferably in financial services or fund administration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth understanding of services.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Compliance to address client requests.
Prepare and deliver monthly client reports with key metrics and updates.
Engage with clients to understand needs and provide top-tier service.
Attend meetings as client advocate to strengthen relationships and resolve issues.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
Monitor and implement SLAs with clients to uphold service excellence.
Provide regular updates to internal teams on client activity and feedback.
