Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, accurate client communication within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context, and assist with platform navigation while following compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA disciplines, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM with no unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries per compliance rules.
