The role emphasizes concierge-level support, proactive outreach, and strict adherence to privacy and anti-fraud standards, operating entirely inside the Assetara workspace with approved tools.

Qualifications

• Must communicate professionally and concisely within official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Maintain accurate client notes and records with respect to privacy and data handling guidelines.
• Provide proactive client outreach while respecting compliance limits.
• Manage client queues, adhere to SLAs, and escalate issues per policy.
• Avoid handling funds, private keys, or unapproved external channels as per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: professional, warm, concise messages inside Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: guide clients through the platform and assist with navigation.
• Queue & SLA Management: prioritize threads and ensure timely responses.
• CRM Administration: keep client notes accurate and up to date.
• Escalation & Compliance: flag red flags and escalate within rules.
