Job summary

Dymax Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented technician to support Adhesive R&D scientists in the development, testing, and scale-up of new adhesive products. You will prepare developmental samples and assist with data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, managing chemical storage and inventory, and handling lab consumables. You will compile data and conclusions in WORD, Excel and PowerPoint, produce professional reports,

Qualifications

• Diploma in chemistry, chemical engineering, technology or science related.
• Familiar with chemicals and raw materials handling.
• 0–3 years’ relevant experience in coating/paint or adhesive industry is an advantage
• Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities.
• Able to carry equipment and raw materials up to 20kg.

Responsibilities

• Prepare developmental samples.
• Test and report on developmental product performance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Manage chemical storage, inventory, and lab consumables.
• Collect, organize, and report data in WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint with charts and tables; produce formal reports.
• Maintain chemical lists, sample lists, and evaluation data; handle customer test feedback documentation.
• Work safely and wear PPE in required areas.
• Perform assigned hands-on lab tasks.
