Frazer Jones partners with a leading global quantitative investment firm to appoint a Regional Recruiter specialising in AI and Machine Learning in Hong Kong. You will own regional AI/ML hiring, engaging senior stakeholders and driving talent mapping and market intelligence across the region.

The role blends hands-on search execution with strategic workforce planning, requiring credibility with hiring managers and the ability to attract highly technical candidates in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

Regional Recruiter – AI & Machine Learning

We are partnering with a leading global quantitative investment firm to appoint a Regional Recruiter specialising in AI and Machine Learning.

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, this is an opportunity to take ownership of highly specialised AI/ML hiring across the region, working closely with senior stakeholders to identify and attract exceptional technical talent.

The Opportunity

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across AI, Machine Learning and related technology disciplines, combining hands-on search execution with strategic talent mapping and market intelligence.

The role will suit someone who enjoys operating in a highly technical, fast-moving environment and can build credibility with both sophisticated hiring managers and sought-after technical candidates.

What Success Looks Like

• Build and execute regional sourcing strategies for specialist AI/ML talent
• Develop deep talent maps and pipelines across highly competitive technical markets
• Personally engage and attract passive, hard-to-reach candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers on search strategy and talent availability
• Provide meaningful market intelligence rather than simply manage recruitment processes
• Contribute to the continued development of the regional Talent Acquisition function

About You

We are particularly interested in recruiters with strong AI or Machine Learning recruitment experience, ideally gained within:

• Leading technology or AI organisations
• Specialist AI/ML recruitment or executive search firms

You will bring strong direct-sourcing capability, genuine understanding of the AI/ML talent landscape and the credibility to engage highly technical candidates and senior stakeholders.
