Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Supply Chain Development Regional Manager in Hong Kong to lead regional efforts in selling end-to-end supply chain solutions, collaborating with account managers and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, thought leadership, and building scalable capabilities within the SCD portfolio, reporting to regional SCD leadership and driving value for Maersk's enterprise clients.

Qualifications

10+ years in supply chain management within a 3PL, logistics consultant, or global corporation.
Consultative sales experience with direct customer engagements.
Deep understanding of international transportation, warehousing and distribution.
Subject matter expertise in at least one major industry vertical (retail/tech/FMCG/etc.).
Strong ability to build business cases with financial, risk and sustainability factors.
Excellent written and oral English; multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify opportunities with prioritized customers via direct engagement.
Develop tailored Maersk value propositions to fit customer needs.
Collaborate with account managers and sales leaders to win opportunities.
Contribute to scalable SCD frameworks and thought leadership.
Engage internal stakeholders to enable commercial wins for nominated accounts.
