Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Supply Chain Development Regional Manager in Hong Kong to lead regional efforts in selling end-to-end supply chain solutions, collaborating with account managers and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, thought leadership, and building scalable capabilities within the SCD portfolio, reporting to regional SCD leadership and driving value for Maersk's enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain management within a 3PL, logistics consultant, or global corporation.
• Consultative sales experience with direct customer engagements.
• Deep understanding of international transportation, warehousing and distribution.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one major industry vertical (retail/tech/FMCG/etc.).
• Strong ability to build business cases with financial, risk and sustainability factors.
• Excellent written and oral English; multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities with prioritized customers via direct engagement.
• Develop tailored Maersk value propositions to fit customer needs.
• Collaborate with account managers and sales leaders to win opportunities.
• Contribute to scalable SCD frameworks and thought leadership.
• Engage internal stakeholders to enable commercial wins for nominated accounts.
