Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc in Hong Kong is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to ensure the implementation of VM standards across stores, including window displays, in-store visuals and mannequins. You will support layout adjustments and store openings while maintaining VM equipment and collaborating with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience in retail fashion (VM, Retail Sales) is a plus.
• Strong fashion sense and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently while following established guidelines.
• Collaborative team player with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in email and MS Office applications.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of VM standards at store level, including window displays, in-store visuals, mannequins, hotspots and decoration.
• Maintain and organize VM equipment and materials efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Support layout adjustments, product handling, and renovation/store openings.
• Establish and maintain effective communication between the store's commercial team and the marketing team.
• Provide creative input to enhance VM initiatives.
• Share market insights, expertise and connections to support VM strategies development.
