Job summary

Montblanc is seeking a senior Visual Merchandiser to lead VM strategy across luxury retail locations. The role requires deep knowledge of window displays, POSM and boutique openings, delivering creative and consistent visuals that reflect the brand's culture and craftsmanship.

You will manage VM budgets, update guidelines, and train teams while collaborating with merchandising, store operations, and external partners to ensure flawless executions.

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing or design management.
• 10 years of experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, creative thinking, entrepreneurship.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; luxury aesthetics and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising.
• Ensure VM consistency; review seasonal and standard POSM ordering.
• Manage boutique openings and setup.
• Develop and implement creative window displays.
• Manage VM budget.
• Review VM guidelines; update training materials; conduct VM training.
• Monitor warehouse POSM inventory level.
• Event support: review floor plan, drawings and VM setup.
