Job summary

Key focus on coaching local teams, implementing tools and processes, and delivering monthly KPI reports. Strong Excel and data-management skills are essential.

• Experience in retail operations/performance or retail supporting functions.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills.
• Strong understanding of data management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic deployment and regional implementation of retail operations projects, ensuring alignment with Maison guidelines, and coordinating global projects for seamless and successful roll-outs.
• Actively participate in the design and testing phases of new projects, advocating for and integrating local market needs and specificities.
• Identify, collect, and disseminate best practices across Asia Pacific markets and boutiques to inform project development and foster continuous improvement.
• Drive the successful adoption and implementation of new tools, systems, and processes through comprehensive coaching, support, and change management for local teams.
