Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong is seeking a Retail Performance Analyst to ensure KPI tracking at market and boutique levels, and to automate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and boutiques. You will lead reporting automation projects with HQ and regional performance teams, and analyze boutique FTE performance to provide benchmarks and insights to management.

You will also prepare decks for monthly Executive Meetings and train staff on KPI data.

Qualifications

• Experience in Excel analysis with Python and BI tools.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail with service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to gather information to understand context, issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPIs are tracked at market and boutique levels and generate/deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Lead reporting automation projects with HQ and regional teams.
• Analyze boutique FTE performance, provide benchmarks and insights to boutique managers and leadership.
• Prepare presentation decks for monthly Executive Meetings and other office meetings.
• Present business results, analyses and insights to the team when applicable.
• Be the go-to expert for boutique and office team reporting and train staff on KPI and data.
