Job summary

The role emphasizes design, testing, and rollout of projects, plus performance reporting and data management to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in retail operations/performance and retail supporting functions.
• Strong project management skills and driving strategic projects across regions.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills with solid data management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic deployment and regional implementation of retail operations projects.
• Design and test new projects, incorporating local market needs and specifics.
• Coordinate best practices across Asia Pacific markets and boutiques for continuous improvement.
• Coach and support local teams to adopt new tools, systems, and processes.
