Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a seasoned leader to drive online retail across the Asia-Pacific region from its Hong Kong base. You will bridge HQ and local markets to ensure brand consistency, operational excellence, and data-driven growth across all APA markets.

You will oversee regional strategy, analytics, and CRC initiatives, promoting seamless integration between online and offline client journeys and building a center of excellence for regional tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategy adaptation: tailor the Maison's global online retail strategy to local APAC markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Lead APA online retail strategy and partner with markets to integrate local plans into the three-year and annual regional plans.
• Consolidate APAC market specifics and provide actionable insights to HQ for client experience frameworks and CRC tools.
• Ensure consistent digital merchandising across online pillars and touchpoints, collaborating with Marketing and Online Merchandising teams.
• Drive end-to-end operational excellence from landing page to checkout, delivery and fulfillment, aligning with HQ.
• Foster an omnichannel culture within CRC teams and animate the Regional CRC community for collaboration and high service standards.
