Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a seasoned procurement executive to lead strategy, Sourcing and cost optimization. You will oversee supplier negotiations, drive TCO improvements, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and resilient supply chains.

The role requires 15+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and a track record of transforming processes in financial services. A strategic, data-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in procurement with leadership experience.
• Experience transforming procurement processes and reducing costs.
• Insurance or financial industry exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies.
• Strong integrity, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven, analytical, and able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.
• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, and negotiations for best value.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes.
• Improve TCO and year-on-year productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Group Procurement for local execution.
• Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Mentor the procurement team and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives.
• Oversee Vendor Risk Framework and Solvency II risk management.
• Serve as executive lead for supply crisis response and business continuity.
