Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a Process Optimisation Lead to drive standardisation and continuous improvement across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will lead a team of optimisation professionals, shape regional strategy, and collaborate with global stakeholders to align processes, tools, and best practices.

You will implement KPIs, capacity models, and benefit tracking to support business cases and ensure value delivery across the APAC region.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering process standardisation and optimisation initiatives across large organisations.
Extensive general insurance experience and knowledge of CI/Lean methodologies.
Experience understanding the relationships, dependencies and impacts of change on multiple systems, teams and processes.
Experience working in a multinational organisation is preferred; formal change structures are familiar.

Responsibilities

Lead the process optimisation strategy in alignment with Operations Excellence objectives and company goals.
Oversee end-to-end optimisation lifecycle from opportunity identification to benefits realisation.
Partner with the business to deliver improved processes, standards and continuous improvement practices.
Collaborate with regional and global leaders to drive cross-regional alignment and leverage global synergies.
Support the build-out of a global optimisation framework and standards for consistent delivery across regions.
Lead and facilitate optimisation workshops to drive ideas and solutions across the region.
