Projob21.com Ltd. is recruiting an APAC Finance Process & Transformation Manager to drive automation and standardized reporting for a global private equity client.

Based in Hong Kong, you will bridge APAC finance operations with global tech leadership, delivering low-code apps and data-driven finance solutions. Qualifications

• Well qualified graduate in Finance, Accounting, Information System or related discipline.
• 6+ years in regional finance & accounting operations with international asset management/private equity.
• Hands-on experience building low-code apps and writing practical scripts (Python, SQL, VBA).
• Active experience applying Generative AI, BI tools (Power BI, Sigma) and smart workflows to solve finance problems.
• Solid grasp of regional tax/regulatory nuances (GST, withholding tax, multi-currency).
• Proven ability to manage cross-border projects and align global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Regional SME & Finance Tech/Systems Lead for APAC, aligning local operations with global platforms.
• Lead AI and tech adoption to automate regional workflows and modernize finance operations.
• Deliver solutions: low-code apps and scripts from requirements through UAT.
• Coordinate as liaison between APAC users and US Finance/IT leadership across time zones.
• Support APAC financial close cycles and train teams on self-service automation tools.
