Job summary

Liberty in Asia Pacific is seeking a Process Optimisation Lead to drive standardisation, optimisation and continuous improvement across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will lead a team of optimisation professionals and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to embed a culture of optimisation.

The role reports to the Head of Operations Excellence and focuses on delivering impactful process improvements, data-driven decision-making, and scalable frameworks across APAC.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Appreciation of various Change Management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process optimisation lifecycle across APAC.
• Collaborate with Head of Operations Excellence and regional/global stakeholders to align processes and standards.
• Develop data-driven tools, KPIs, capacity models and benefit tracking capabilities.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of optimisation consultants and analysts.
• Identify opportunities, risks and issues and drive their resolution.
