Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/finance or related field.
• 5 years regional experience in payroll, compensation and benefits.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, tables and lookups.
• Experience with Workday and ADP Celergo is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional payroll operations and service renewals of payroll solutions.
• Coordinate with providers and advise overseas admins for timely, accurate payroll processing.
• Renew and manage group insurance, medical and benefit plans; liaise with brokers and insurers.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and overseas admins to ensure consistent benefit practices.
• Administer Group Retirement Plan with trustees and administrators; coordinate wellness activities.
• Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys.
• Support annual bonus and salary review processes; prepare statements and letters.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and provide timely reports.
