Job summary

Michael Page is working with a well‑established, innovation‑focused client in Hong Kong to accelerate growth through strategic partnerships and ecosystem development. The role centers on building strong relationships with founders, investors and key stakeholders across Hong Kong and Mainland China, while coordinating events and engagement programs.

You will contribute to research, identify joint venture opportunities, and support post‑investment activities within a dynamic, collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, strategic partners, and investment stakeholders.
• Support partnership initiatives that create business opportunities, collaborations, and commercial growth for startups.
• Conduct research and analysis on startup portfolios to identify synergies, partnership opportunities, and market expansion strategies.
• Assist with post-investment engagement activities.
• Coordinate networking events, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen connections between Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the broader innovation ecosystem.
• Provide operational and administrative support across partnership and ecosystem initiatives.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Experience gained in startups, innovation programs, venture capital, investor relations, partnerships, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement
• Open to fresh graduates with internship experience / IANG Visa/ TTPS
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
