Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 network operations support and incident response for enterprise networking, VPNs, and security infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end network delivery for regional site deployments across APAC.
• Manage regional telecom partners and managed service providers, including service activations and escalations.
• Improve platforms through automation, observability, and cloud networking enhancements.
