Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support critical network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, and client-facing platforms. You will lead patching, change windows, and incident response in a 24x7 environment.

The role requires expertise in routing, switching, security, and production change management, with hands-on experience on Cisco/Arista networks, and automation using Ansible, Python, Terraform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Proven experience with production change management in large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of network resiliency, high availability and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support enterprise-scale network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, and campuses.
• Provide Tier-3 support and technical leadership during major incidents and escalations.
• Lead planning, testing, risk assessment, and deployment of critical patches across production environments.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, rollback plans, validation testing and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop automation to improve operational and deployment efficiency.
