Job summary

Endeavour Search Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned network engineering leader to plan, design, implement and maintain enterprise‑level networks across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and firewall technologies in the Asia Pacific region.

You will develop security policies, lead PoCs, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive capacity planning and performance optimizations to ensure reliable, scalable networks across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Senior-level network engineering experience and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of APAC enterprise network systems (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN/firewalls).
• Develop and implement network security policies and standards for APAC networks.
• Evaluate new network technologies and conduct PoC to improve performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to network engineers; deliver training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues, outages, and security incidents.
• Monitor performance, analyze traffic/logs, and optimize configurations for APAC.
• Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments to prevent issues.
