Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Managing Director for the Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau regions to lead a high-performing sales team and craft the go-to-market strategy. You will drive revenue growth, manage partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to capitalize on market opportunities.

The role requires deep experience in selling high-end enterprise IT solutions and a proven ability to navigate complex deals, with strong leadership and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant sales leadership experience with proven revenue targets.
• Experience negotiating complex, high-value deals with intricate terms.
• Track record coordinating direct and indirect sales with multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory strategy for HK, TW, and Macao to exceed goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team with GTM program execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a fully functional sales organization.
• Foster partnerships with customers and channel partners to grow revenue.
• Recruit and cultivate a partner ecosystem to expand market reach.
• Balance running POCs with customer engagements to drive outcomes.
• Work with SE, Partner/Channel Manager and Inside Sales to generate new business.
