Job summary

Pathsight Limited is seeking an HRIS Specialist (HR Reporting and Projects) to standardize HR reporting across all locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will develop group HR dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports covering headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, compensation, and workforce costs.

The role involves identifying data gaps, improving data governance, and preparing ad hoc analyses for senior management and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in regional/group HR roles in MNCs/manufacturing.
• Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Coordinate HR activities across multiple countries/locations.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
• Hands-on HRIS implementation and data management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws in HK, China, and Thailand preferred.
• Strong English and Chinese communication.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and standardize HR reporting across all locations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain group HR dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, costs).
• Identify data gaps and collaborate with local HR teams to improve data quality and governance.
• Prepare ad hoc HR analyses, reports, and Board presentations.
• Support rollout of group HR initiatives and ensure local execution.
• Assist in compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and benefits analysis.
• Participate in HR projects such as HRIS implementation and organizational restructuring.
• Maintain and improve Group HR policy framework across locations.
