DP World in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead HR across Hong Kong and Taiwan, supporting 500–1000 employees. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in logistics.
• Hands-on generalist with experience supporting 300-500 employees.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and HR practices with Taiwan experience.
• Experience in multinational organizations with diverse employee populations.
• Strong business partnering, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of talent management, HR operations and organizational development.
• Experience with business transformation or integration initiatives advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders to develop people strategies aligned with objectives, requirements and growth priorities.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions: talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, learning and development, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic and operational HR advice on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee HR operations and administration across both markets, ensuring accurate records and compliant HR systems.
• Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and compliance with employment legislation in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Support organizational restructuring, business transformation and change management initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits practices, payroll budgeting and HR budgeting.
• Collaborate with regional People teams and Centres of Excellence to implement programs.
• Lead and develop local HR resources and promote a high-performing HR service delivery culture.
• Champion employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Safety and Sustainability.
